Policies - Ohio Belly Dancer Maela

No refunds or credits are given to students that miss or cancel 4/6-week sessions or workshops within 48 hours of start date. A Makeup class will be provided if a scheduled class needs to be canceled by Maela due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If you Register for a session or workshop and are no longer able to attend, please notify Maela Belly Dance 5 days before start date. You will receive a refund or a class credit for the next session only if Maela is notified 5 days before start date. If cancellation is less than 5 days and 48 hours prior to start date a credit will be issued for a future class. Drop-In Classes are valid to be used anytime during the 4/6-week class session in which they were purchased. Please contact Maela for any special circumstances.

Makeup Classes

NO makeup classes are offered at this time due to Saturday classes are on hold during the summer months.

Waivers
All students must sign a liability release form prior to taking classes with Maela Belly Dance.
Form will be emailed or provided in studio.
