Drop‑In & Full Session Cancellation Policy Full Sessions

Full session and Drop-In Class purchases are non‑refundable.
Special circumstances (injury, medical needs, major life events) may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

Drop‑Ins
Drop‑ins are for dancers who cannot commit to a full session, and the pricing reflects that flexibility. Drop‑ins are valid only for the specific date purchased. Drop‑ins cannot be transferred, rescheduled, or held for future dates.

Why Drop‑Ins Are Limited Beginner and Open Level classes at times reach full capacity, so drop‑ins are offered only if space allows and offered on a date basis. Drop‑ins remain available for Intermediate/Advanced throughout the full session. Studio Cancellations If the studio cancels a class, dancers will receive a make‑up class for a future date.

All Dancers must sign fill out pre-registration and liability release prior to starting first class.
